３月１４日、ホワイトデーのロマンティックな日に料理の鉄人でお馴染みのフレンチの巨匠、石鍋裕シェフと「ワイン鍋」のイベントをおこないました。
お天気も良く、会は大盛況でした！
On the 14th March, It's called "white day"which is one month after the Valentine's day, the meaning?you have to give some gifts back to person who gave you the gift on the Valentine's day, I had my wine event with Mr Ishinabe who is renowned as the Iron chef served "wine pot" from his original recipe
As you see, the weather was very nice and the event went very well !
場所は元クイーンアリス迎賓館で行いました。
まるでルーブル美術館にいるような感覚です。

ワインレクチャーのイベントはチャペルで行いました。
とっても素敵な雰囲気でしょ。

石鍋さんがワイン鍋の作り方を伝授しています。
家庭で気軽に出来るワイン鍋がテーマですので、ワインは南仏のワインを用意しました。
